Update Personal Information

By updating your information in this system, the data will feed to all our other systems. It’s important that this information is accurate for government filings. There are a few things to note:

First Name & Last Name must be listed as they are on your Social Security Card or Government Issued document. If you update these fields after you have started, you will need to include a picture of your updated government issued document.
Preferred First Name – If you have a preferred name other than your legal first name, list this here. This field is used for our company email signatures and the phone directory.
Preferred Language – This field is used for important document distribution and texting.
Cell Phone – If provided a company cell phone, list the number associated with your company phone.
Cell Phone Carrier & Spouse Cell Phone Carrier – This helps us send company texts effectively.
Email Address – This must be the company provided email address if you are issued one. If not, please list a personal email address.
Marita Status – If you need to update this, please attach a picture of the government issued document showing the updates status.
Driver License Expiration Date – If your DL has expired, please update this date and attach a picture of your new license. We need this on file in case you are asked to drive/run an errand on behalf of the company.
Approved Hutton Driver – This signifies that our insurance approves you to drive a Hutton vehicle.
Social Media Release Approval – This signifies that you are comfortable with Hutton utilizing your photo on internal and external marketing materials. If you wish to change this, please reach out to People Operations.

Be sure to press submit at the bottom of the page to complete your updates.

Manage Payroll Withholdings

To complete payroll withholdings updates, you must attach the official W-4 or state tax form with your submission. This is a government requirement. Find the forms here:

Manage Direct Deposit Accounts

Up to 4 bank accounts can be utilized. Select Add Another Account, list the Routing and Account Numbers, select the Account Type, and upload a bank issued document or image showing both the Routing and Account Numbers. Last, press submit.
